I cannot believe my baby has turned one. Where does the time go? To snuggles and cuddles, that’s where. I had so much fun designing Elim’s first birthday around my Peter Rabbit theme. We had our baby shower in the same theme and had lot’s of things to choose from already in our home. His nursery was also decorated with Peter Rabbit. It helps when you have the same theme in multiple places. I am a huge fan of shopping in your own home first when it comes to decorating for parties. So many of the items you will see, we already had. However, there were a few adorable items I could not resist ordering from Amazon that you will see linked below.

Here is an overview of our table set up:

e cuI reused the Peter Rabbit pictures from his nursery as well as his birth announcement plaque on the wall. The pictures were cut out from a canvas that was used at my baby shower.
I just love how the gingham check table cloth looks. It would also be a great tablecloth for Easter or a cookout. Such a classic. I found it on Amazon and linked it below.
I found this cute Gingham ribbon banner in our colors from Hobby Lobby and taped it to his IKEA high chair. I also taped one of the cupcake toppers to the back of the chair.
We ordered pumpkin spice and carrot cake bundt cakes from “Nothing Bundt Cakes”
The Peter rabbit toppers and cupcake wraps were found on Amazon
Some of my favorite Peter Rabbit books from Barnes and Noble make for great table décor. I also popped a few Peter Rabbit cupcake toppers in the books as toppers.
I also thought the topper was so cute in a faux plant decorating the table.
This was the baby’s adorable first birthday candle from Amazon.
How cute is it on this Bundlette for the baby’s first smash cake.
Our boy thought it was pretty neat. He loved his small cake just his size.
I used some of his nursery décor to decorate the rest of the table.
Our gift to Elim was this adorable Peter Rabbit train that I found at Barnes and Noble and also used to decorate.
Some delicious fruit salad for our guests among other goodies!

And that’s a wrap. I hope you had fun taking a sneak peak into our fun Peter Rabbit themed first birthday party, and maybe you got some great ideas to try. Thanks for stopping by.
